- Once out of the oven drizzle over some more honey and crack more black pepper if desired. Serve hot or cold!
Spread feta cheese evenly among four puff pastry sheets. Rinse anchovies and dry with paper towel. Rinse chives and cut into strips. Roll out puff pastry on flexible baking sheets as much as possible. Mix feta with cream and spread over the pastry.
